AURORAL (Horizon 2020) | Managed the Financial Support to Third Parties mechanism, distributing about € 1 million among +20 projects to enhance digital innovation in rural areas, by coordinating the project team and ensuring compliance with Horizon2020 requirements.
REASSURE (Innoviris, Joint R&D) | Lead the partner management for a collaborative research and development project, overseeing administrative and financial compliance for a € 550 000 budget to improve energy efficiency by developing a context-aware data analytics toolkit.
PLOTSI (Erasmus+) | Managed the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closing, securing € 56 000 to empower +20 youth workers from five countries on using audiovisual education to foster social inclusion of young people with a migratory background.

Secured a grant for a town-twinning proposal by providing consultancy on a project to promote Social Justice, Gender Equality, and Climate Justice, aligning the submission with the CERV call for proposals.
